Dee Jeter

Principal

Before starting her own firm, Ms. Jeter was Director of Project Operations for a successful relocation consulting firm, where her satisfied clients included Discovery Communications and Burger King Corporation.  She has also served as Facilities and Operations Manager for major corporations including Prudential Home Mortgage and KPMG.


While Ms. Jeter provides personal attention and oversight to all projects, the outstanding Signature Space team below provides required assistance to successfully carry out assigned tasks:

Project Director

Ms. Green has an extensive background in client services and project management.  Her previous employers include State Farm Insurance, where she served as a senior claims analyst. She has exceptional client management skills, along with attention to detail, communication and problem solving skills which have contributed to the success of several complex, multi-phase relocation projects.


Her past clients include U.S. State Department, DC Department of Health, DC Department of Corrections and the CNA Corporation. Most recently, she served as the State-wide Project Manager coordinating the deployment of voting equipment for the Maryland Board of Elections.

Ms. Thomas worked for the General Services Administration for several years prior to joining Signature Space, and has a strong background in facilities management and logistics planning. She is experienced in project and property management, landlord-tenant relations and relocation coordination. She has previously worked on relocation projects for GSA Philadelphia Regional Office, the DC Lottery Board and the U.S. State Department.   

Ann Geyer

Site Supervisor & Administrative Coordinator

Ms. Geyer has been with the firm since 2008, bringing with her several years of experience in facilities management, training and administrative operations including shared services, procurement and vendor coordination. She has strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent client management and customer service skills. Ann most recently worked on projects for The CNA Corporation and the Maryland Board of Elections.
